As the Sacramento region continues to grow, the Jobson Hawkyard team has grown right along with it.  Our hometown team of local market experts cover all six surrounding counties, with over 3 decades of regional knowledge and real estate experience.  We are sticklers about providing you with the exceptional client care you deserve.  Home transactions are highly personal, and everyone has their own special set of circumstances.  At Jobson Hawkyard, we listen, we adapt, we plan and then we execute.  Our singular goal is to provide you with a remarkable and positive real estate experience.

Kathi is a joy to work with. She’s a true professional with years of experience, deep knowledge and good judgement; just what we needed as we prepared to sell our mother’s home. She’s easy to deal with, answers questions in plain English, follows through and has a good sense of humor, too.

It took us a year to do the necessary work in advance of the actual listing and Kathi hung in there with us the whole time. We met with her early on and relied on her advice along the way in terms of what work to do, to what extent and similar concerns. As we made our way through the early days of the Covid-19 restrictions Kathi assured us we’d be able to continue and she was right. A few months later when we were ready to list Kathi was ready to get to work doing the necessary research and recommending a price range. The home sold quickly, at a good price and under good terms so, obviously, we’re very happy with the result.

Additionally, because our family has a longstanding personal relationship with Shriners Hospital for Children - Northern California we were very happy that Kathi supports the hospital by donating a portion of her commission through the Realtors Who Shrine group. I’m not sure how commonly agents donate a portion of their commission to anyone but in this case we’re very glad to be a part of it. I’m happy to recommend Kathi to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
